Resumen
Las metodologías ágiles han revolucionado la gestión de proyectos, extendiéndose más allá del ámbito del software hacia sectores como la construcción y la educación. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar cómo se implementan estas metodologías en contextos no tecnológicos y su impacto en la eficiencia y satisfacción del cliente. Se llevó a cabo una revisión sistemática de la literatura entre 2019 y 2023, utilizando criterios de inclusión y exclusión para seleccionar 18 estudios relevantes de diversas bases de datos. Los resultados indican que la adopción de prácticas ágiles mejora la flexibilidad y colaboración en proyectos, permitiendo a los equipos adaptarse rápidamente a cambios y optimizar procesos. Las conclusiones destacan que las metodologías ágiles son efectivas en múltiples sectores, promoviendo una cultura de mejora continua y satisfacción del cliente, lo que sugiere que su implementación puede ser beneficiosa en entornos dinámicos y competitivos.
Abstract
The agile methodologies have revolutionized project management, extending beyond the software realm into sectors like construction and education. This work aims to analyze how these methodologies are implemented in non-technological contexts and their impact on efficiency and customer satisfaction. A systematic literature review was conducted from 2019 to 2023, using inclusion and exclusion criteria to select 18 relevant studies from various databases. The results indicate that the adoption of agile practices enhances flexibility and collaboration, enabling teams to quickly adapt to changes and optimize processes. Conclusions highlight that agile methodologies are effective across multiple sectors, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction, suggesting that their implementation can be beneficial in dynamic and competitive environments.
