Regarding particularities, research corresponds to a non-experimental, transversal, exploratory and descriptive design. To explain the problem of the study carried out in bibliographic and field research, theoretical, empirical and statistical methods were used. The proposed result highlights the permanent updating of decisions, strategies and business decisions learned in the context of the pandemic caused by COVID-19.
